The Calendar tells us that on or around March 21st it will be Spring. I know my family and friends in KY are really looking forward to NO more snow. Here in Florida we have had some very unusual cold weather and I know we are ready for Spring to officially arrive. more from Bro. Hale

As we move ahead into another new year, 2010, let's remember that there are thousands of people today right here in the Gainesville area who do not know the joy Jesus can bring to their lives. They do not know the security that can be theirs through the personal relationship of knowing the true and living God. Here at Parker Road, we want to take the Great Commission to heart and go out to a hurting world to share the wonderful message that Jesus saves, Jesus keeps, and He brings peace in the midst of the stroms of life. Bro Randy and Ms Deborah have been working with our youth group and have great things to say about this growing group. Many of our youth have signed up to attend youth camp this summer. Let's all pray for ways we can help them raise the necessary funds for that great time of spiritual refrestment and growth. Continue to pray for the committee as they seek God's man for this vital area of need in our church. God put it on the hearts of Deborah Casas and Randy Williams to pick up the slack and work with our teens until we have a new youth minister on board, so let's remember to lift them in our prayers as they do this ministry.
